Olivia has been on staff at TFC for over 5 years. She started as a student in our Life Training Center program and was able to intern on the worship team before being on staff. She started leading worship at the age of 13 and has continued with it ever since. Her and her husband Lee (TFC Worship Pastor) have been dedicated to the TFC worship ministry and continue to build up our current and future worship leaders.
During her free time she loves to play guitar and piano. She also enjoys eating ice cream, watching the rain, and loves turtles.

Her Favorite Bible Verse is PSALMS 100:1-2
“Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth! Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him, singing with joy.”

For our little ones starting at 2 months old through Pre-K. Our loving teachers and caregivers have a passion for our youngest bunch. We create a positive environment filled with fun music and exciting lessons that will impact every child.

Here at TFC Youth, we focus on developing a relationship with every student that walks in our doors. We believe that if we can make a Godly impact in one student’s life, that student will impact another life and the cycle will continue. In time, an impact will be made on their community, their world, and their generation.

Joey & Deserae Garza are the Weslaco Children's Directors and have been in that ministry since 2015. They have been attending TFC for over 10 years now. 

Joey is most passionate about helping children grow in their walk with Christ. When he has free time, he likes to read, create music and spend time with family.

His go to bible verse is Hebrews 11:1.

"If it weren't for Jesus I don't know where I would be. "

Deserae is most passionate about leading children to Jesus and teaching them how to surrender everything to Him and how important that is. During her time off she likes to spend quality time with her family, find ways to improve life, spiritually, emotionally, and physically, and she enjoys dancing.

Her go to bible verse is 2 Timothy 1:7 (NLT).

"Children are a gift from the Lord. Letting go of their hand is difficult, but when you entrust your child into our care you are ultimately trusting Jesus. I may hold your child's hand, but Jesus is definitely leading the way!"

Mikey is a graduate of LTC Season 2 and an Intern under the Student Ministries Department. Mikey is also our Weslaco Youth Director. He is receiving spiritual guidance, training and being equipped to lead. He and his wife Samantha Montano now serve in full time ministry and were both graduates of LTC Season 2!
