Growth is the ongoing process of becoming more like Jesus and stepping into the influence you’ve been given. In this step, you’ll deepen your faith personally while also developing as a leader. As you grow, you’ll build a strong foundation, strengthen your character, and be equipped to lead others whether that’s guiding a group or investing in people along the way.
